Sisters With a Vision is an organization started by four African American women with a vision.
These sisters looked around and saw a need born out of the struggle of fellow sisters and brothers in recovery from chemical
dependency, domestic violence, incarceration and a number of other social ills which result in patterns of self-destructive
and self-defeating behaviors that permeate the African American community. Our vision includes encouragement, enlightenment
and empowerment of those we come in contact with. We address areas of self actualization, basic life skills, job seeking skills
and financial management through workshops and trainings.
